The tmp file/chip thing, can it be deleted or will that ruin the computer? I really need help with this
go into your bios options (usually f2 during boot) and turn it off
(OP) I searched for the file, opened the file location, it's in system32 so I guess it's important. When I mark it it shows I can delete it but idk if it's a good idea because I'm worried it'll make the computer unusable or something.

Do NOT delete System 32, OP!! I wish I could help you with the tpm thing but I don't know much about it. It gives access to your computer and microsoft can screenshot and record your activity so it should be deleted if possible but I'd get help from someone who knows about it before you delete it since it blocks malware, usually.
