For anyone who might have downloaded a userstyle for Enrive, or uses the Stylish browser extension, your browsing history is seemingly being tracked. Please read more at: https://enrive.org/nsa/thread/4524 Here is a quote from the thread: >Unfortunately, since January 2017, Stylish has been augmented with bonus spyware that records every single website that I and its 2 million other users visit [EDIT - I am told that the Chrome version has had tracking since January 2017, but the Firefox version has only had it since March 2018]. Stylish sends our complete browsing activity back to its servers, together with a unique identifier. This allows it’s new owner, SimilarWeb, to connect all of an individual’s actions into a single profile. And for users like me who have created a Stylish account on userstyles.org, this unique identifier can easily be linked to a login cookie. This means that not only does SimilarWeb own a copy of our complete browsing histories, they also own enough other data to theoretically tie these histories to email addresses and real-world identities.

I hate the tsundere type of character. There's nothing fun or nice about a girl being violent on a guy just because she can't manage her own feelings. There's no redemption on a single moment when she admits what she feels, it doesn't matter if a tsundere saves the main guy at the last moment. That won't delete all the past abuse. I can't find the humour when I see the abuse of the male character (I don't find the abuse from a male tsundere amusing either). So, I know my point of view is skewed, it is because my real mother was a tsundere. She loved my father to pieces and in spite of the years of constant fighting they remained together until death. She loved me and my sisters too, but she was so mentally unstable we were alternatively afraid, angry and when we grew up sad at her. Tsunderes are not cute, the damage they do to everyone that surounds her is too great to be forgiven by a couple of acts of kindness, I've seen the pain and sadness of my father, their friends that slowly stepped back and finally ran away and how deeply rooted are some issues my sisters and I had to resolve until finally we understood that a normal family doesn't have to have crazy mixed in it. Some days ago it was the 57th anniversary of my parents wedding, they're both dead, of course. I just hope wherever their souls are they learned to be together from another kind of anime, something less damaging and psychotic.
>>2263 OK, well go to the National Institute of Mental Health's page on bipolar disorder. Do any of these accurately describe her? NIMH page on mental health: https://www.nimh.nih.gov/health/topics/bipolar-disorder/index.shtml
>>2263 >>2265 Manic and depressive episodes, mentioned there, can be found defined on Wikipedia. Manic: Mania is a distinct period of at least one week of elevated or irritable mood, which can range from euphoria to delirium, and those experiencing hypo- or mania may exhibit three or more of the following behaviors: speak in a rapid, uninterruptible manner, short attention span, racing thoughts, increased goal-oriented activities, agitation, or they may exhibit behaviors characterized as impulsive or high-risk, such as hypersexuality or excessive spending. . . . If untreated, a manic episode usually lasts three to six months. [Hypomania is milder form of mania which lasts at least 4 days] Depressive: Symptoms of the depressive phase of bipolar disorder include persistent feelings of sadness, irritability or anger, loss of interest in previously enjoyed activities, excessive or inappropriate guilt, hopelessness, sleeping too much or not enough, changes in appetite and/or weight, fatigue, problems concentrating, self-loathing or feelings of worthlessness, and thoughts of death or suicide. Mixed affective episodes: [Has characteristics of both.] Wiki: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bipolar_disorder#Signs_and_symptoms Bipolar disorder is a pretty serious thing.
>>2265 >>2266 I guess you didn't read the whole thread. She's been dead for years, whatever it was, it's over. I still hate tsunderes.
>>2268 Uh, yeah, I know. I was asking about when she was alive. If you don't want to talk about it, that's fine; I don't really give a shit.
>>2269 I would love to talk more in detail about it, except I won't here, sorry.
So how do you like the anime? Do you prefer the male or female voices? What was your favorite skit? Would less references and memery make it more entertaining?
>>2195 I prefer my lolis frozen.
ITT: post your favorite anime/s of all times, chums I'll start 1/2 >fav comedy shin chan >fav ecchi golden boy >fav fantasy berserk >fav mecha shin getter robo armageddon >fav sci-fi akira
>>2222 If you didn't like it and dropped it at episode #4 of season 1, then baken monogatari is not for you, simple as that. Nothing wrong with having your own taste.
>>1159 >nihijou it is a masterpiece
>>2224 Well that's a pretty lame defense. You really couldn't come up with anything better than "You have your opinion and I have mine"? And it's called "Bakemonogatari", by the way, not "Baken Monogatari".

So... I use to watch anime from this site: http://anilinkz.to/ it have most of the current animes and a shit ton of old ones. However you better use a good adblocker or Brave to browse it because the amount of advertising and pop ups is stupid. Do you have a good site to watch anime?
>>2113 I'll try that one too, thanks man.
Masterani.me is the best site I've ever found. Perfect interface, multiple mirrors, subs and dubs for most things, obscure titles, and if you make an account (totally optional) you can save favorites and a watch list, mark progress, and get suggested anime based on those selections.
>>2116 Great suggestion chum, thanks!
I started to use masterani.me I find it faster than anilinkz, less cluttered too. I'm not sure how much of it's speed is due the new browser I'm using now (brave), but the place is what I wanted, fast and free of clutter. I'm not a fan of the gigantic thumbnails, instead I prefer a text list, it may be an option but i haven't find it yet.
>>2105 Sorry, I would link you to a website or two, but the idiot mods might mistake it for spam and delete my account.
Anyone reading anything interesting these days?
>>1762 nice !
Does anyone know what anime this comes from?
It's been several years since I saw it but I'm fairly certain that it is from Blood+
>>855 Thank you, good sir
It's from the OVA series Hellsing Ultimate. 10 episodes all about 45 mins or an hour each. Worth the watch.
>Would anyone reccommend a series similar or better like Gunslinger Girl? I had my music on shuffle and came across the GG soundtrack. Havent heard it in years and it brought me back to this amazing anime. Id love if there was more or similar anime that I can get into (Second season was shit so I had a bad taste of feeling incomplete) I know there are a lot of "cute girls with guns" anime but Im talking about dramatic gun action with girls. Great story. Amazing music OST Anything?
Well I don't know any since it's not my cup of tea in anime , but I can give you this website where you could put your anime's name and on its page you have a tab "recomendation" with a brief summary of why it is recomended. So you could try over here myanimelist .net Sorry to not help you more than that but since this board is not often visited I figured that i would be better than letting some one come up with a reply 3 month too late. Hope you will find what you seek buddy.
>>845 Try Gunsmith cats or Black Lagoon. Black Lagoon in particular is very intense. Also, if you're looking for anime that is just very violent try Gantz, Shiki, or Elfen Lied.
Anyone keeping up with the new anime for this spring? I see the "Is it wrong to pick up girls in a dungeon?" manga has been turned into an anime but I have not bothered watching it, I've torrented a few but only watched a couple of series so far. The screencap is from "Rokudenashi Majutsu Koushi to Akashic Records" which might be interesting but it's got its cliches... and then one that might be more original that I'm going to keep an eye on is "Shuumatsu Nani Shitemasuka Isogashii Desuka Sukutte Moratte Ii Desuka".

In response to the favorite anime thread, seeing as this board isn't exclusively for anime, post your favorite manga (even if they're not completed yet) if you read them OR seeing as there are a shitload of 'em, list the ones you're watching closely for updates on: For most of them I'm sticking to their original names because it's easier to find them that way. >Fantasy Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatte Iru Darou ka, Mushoku Tensei - Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu, Re:Monster, Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken, Hachinan tte, Sore wa Nai Deshou!, Spirit Migration, Toaru Ossan no VRMMO Katsudouki, Sword Art Online - Project Alicization, The New Gate,

Here's a rarity. A new thread on /a/. I have both seasons on a flash drive and I'm hoping they come out with another season because of its quirkiness. Personally I found it a little slow in the very beginning but it does pick up eventually.
Does anyone know which mangas any of these lines are from?
trying to find the artist to this, any help?
